Note on the group structure

Haven Holding AG is a holding company. It does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), does not operate a trading platform and does not develop software. Its own business activity is limited to holding and financing participations in the operating entities of the Havenex Group, holding and licensing intangible assets and intellectual property rights relating to the HAV crypto-asset and the Havenex brand, and acting as the person seeking admission of HAV to trading.

Any activity requiring a separate authorisation or registration by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) or by any other competent authority is expressly excluded from the company's own scope. Where such activities are carried out within the Havenex Group, they are performed by the duly licensed group entity or, as the case may be, by a third-party regulated service provider.
